Not pertaining to first amendment but pertaining to higher courts “not holding.” Roberts declares that if you are brown, or, “talk funny,” and look like a laborer of such or some such, you can be stopped and asked for ID. This is not allowed for by the Constitution. So, the Supreme Court is just making stuff up. Where is the push back? When the Supreme Court becomes lawless it is null and void.
