Shoulda…Woulda…Coulda … there’s a lot to unpack here and I don’t disagree, but it feels like we are in a triage moment

Don’t believe HE is able to see these issues, but he was taught by Cohn and others how to listen to people ‘in the know’ and where to exploit vulnerabilities.

Most of Trump’s illegal decrees were instituted via Executive Order, as "official acts" of the Executive.

These illegal EOs highlight the odious implications of the Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling last year. Under this rogue decision, Trump may operate without fear of criminal prosecution for "official acts" even when carried out with intent to violate the Constitution.

Trump told his voters they'd never need to vote again after a 2024 win. He has good reason to consider staying in office past 2028 and ignoring any Supreme Court ruling against him. Why care?

The institutions are caving and complicit. It’s on “we the people” to reverse course, smartly and strategically!

🧙‍♂️ Behind the digital curtain lies a flawed system that denies context, choice & justice.

📉 Correlation ≠ guilt.

⚖️ Real justice requires alternate possibilities.

Question: could a democratically controlled Congress pass a bill that makes it a law or qualification to become president (or senator) must MUST put business interest in a blind trust? Would it help with ethics in office?

Question: if we had a democratically controlled Congress, would it be a safeguard to pass a law 1) that makes null and void any executive order that is contrary to the constitution or clearly illegal?
