Jeremy Faust and Katelyn Jetalina -- both on Substack -- have useful discussions of yesterday's ACIP meeting.

Thank you, Anand. Things are getting more dicey by the day. Not surprising to me but seemingly so to many others. I am beginning to sound like a broken record, but if this trajectory isn't stopped by whatever means necessary, it will keep going until its natural conclusion. It literally keeps me up at night understanding what that means for us all.

Agreed. I feel as much as we are trying to do everything, we can as citizens either it will not be enough in time, or this will come to a devastating end.

Not to sound like a conspiratorial nut but I’m beginning to wonder if these creeps aren’t all Russian assets… by design or by default.

Isn't it a true sign of moral weakness when people can't take criticism.. And why aren't people allowed to take precautions for their children's health, based on scientific research. What are we running here?

Hypocrisy has a short lifespan - there will always be people to call you on it. Who gets to dispute fact when fiction is much more amenable to one's only way of thought. Wake up there is more schools of thought than MEGA and Hate your Enemy!

Gangsters, ghouls, & charlatans...

Get up stand up & resist the fraudster authoritarian. As the NYT on 9/15 & others point out in Trump the convicted fraudster cashed in on a massively corrupt foreign crypto deal. The U.A.E. got chips. The Trump team got crypto riches. https://newrepublic.com/article/200551/trump-witkoff-emiratis-bribery-corruption?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=tnr_daily

I’m glad Health plans have decided to cover the cost of ACIP recommended immunizations, but why just until after the midterm elections 2026?

Are these Healthcare plans hoping for the privatization of Medicare? I’m 71 and did not pay into those private programs to decide my medical future.

Why not cover immunizations until after the 2028 elections?
